Creative Clash currently ships to all US and international locations. Orders are usually processed within 3 business days, and items typically arrive in 5-10 business days once shipped, depending on your location.
Orders ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Please be absolutely certain that your shipping address is entered correctly when ordering. Once your order is shipped, we no longer have the ability to change the address. In the event of an error, you may make changes to your shipping information as long as your order has not been processed and shipped.
We want you to be as excited for Creative Clash as we are! If you’re not happy with your game for any reason, you can return it at your own expense for a full refund. We will only accept returned games that are still in new condition, without scratches, stains, dents or any other damages and returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. If games are returned damaged, or are returned after 30 days from the original date of purchase, your return will not be processed and you will not be refunded. To submit a return for your game, please email our customer service. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive a response.
We recognize there is a chance your game was damaged during shipping. If you would like a replacement copy, you must return your damaged game to us at your own expense before we will ship a replacement. Submit a damage request to our customer service.
